Taking Speech to Text Beyond Voicemail
Once a voice message is converted to text, it can be integrated with any text-based application in the enterprise. Mutare's EVM3 makes that process simple through its "Activity Link" feature.
Enterprises deploying EVM3 may choose to include this customizable link in the body of the EVM3 delivery. A click on the link launches a form for adding information, such as client names, billing numbers, phone numbers or special notes, to the message.
EVM3 will automatically upload this information with the original message content to any management or billing system, including your CRM, billing application, or client records, as determined by the enterprise administrator. It's an incredibly powerful, time-saving piece of technology, and it's available only from Mutare.
