Message Mirror continuously monitors the production voicemail system and copies, or "mirrors," messages, names, greetings, passwords and LDAP changes to a backup Modular Messaging Message Store Server (MSS). Message Mirror supports uninterrupted voice messaging in the event of an outage and assures full restoration of saved data to the production server once it is back on line. Message Mirror is the only true business continuity solution for Modular Messaging and Survivable Modular Messaging, removing the "vulnerability gap" that exists with other scheduled backup services and the associated risk of lost messages.
