Mutare Software Announces the Release of giSTT™ Speech to Text Subscription Services

Schaumburg IL - Mutare Software announced today the release of giSTT speech to text subscription services for enterprise voice messaging. giSTT takes enterprise grade speech to text services to the next level by offering companies 3 choices in service level and deployment options:

  • giSTT Auto™ (fully automated in the cloud service for speed and economy)
  • giSTT Enterprise™ (fully automated behind the firewall - requires additional server)
  • giSTT Premium™ (agent assisted in the cloud for highest accuracy)

giSTT technology takes a copy of the voicemail message, transcribes it to text, and delivers it right to a user's email or SMS text message inbox. giSTT messages can be prioritized, saved, forwarded and filed from the PC or mobile device with the same ease and convenience of email, enhancing individual productivity, customer responsiveness and workgroup collaboration.

giSTT is the latest in a series of speech to text innovations pioneered by Mutare Software for the enterprise. It is the only enterprise speech to text service that works with multiple enterprise voice messaging platforms including Avaya, Cisco, Nortel, AVST and ShoreTel.

The key to giSTT is Mutare's unique speech to text gateway that interfaces to the enterprise voicemail system and pulls a copy of the voicemail message for transcription processing.
