Sixth Student-Produced giSTT Viral Video Released
August 5, 2010
Mutare Software today released the sixth in a series of viral videos created by teams of media arts students at Chicago's Tribeca Flashpoint Academy. The videos offer an unconventional look at giSTT, Mutare's voicemail to text transcription service, and how it can change the lives of its business users. Mutare has agreed to post the videos and invite viewers to vote on their favorite, with a scholarship offer to the winning Flashpoint team.
"We were truly impressed by the quality and creativity these students put into their projects," said Rich Quattrocchi, Mutare's Director of Marketing. "Their videos put giSTT in a whole new light - and brought us a lot of laughs along the way."
The first five videos released in the series feature a dog who giSTTs his master at work, a group of friends reading giSTT voice messages from an ex-boyfriend, a giSTT-dependent attorney, an employee who discovers the difference giSTT makes professionally, and another employee who discovers the benefits of giSTT personally. Today's release, "Mixed Messages," features some good laughs that happen when mixing parenting with business communications.
