Mutare Software Announces Software Rental Program for Most Popular Applications

Mutare Software announced today a rental option for three of its top-selling applications, EVM Plus, Message Mirror and Message Rescue. "This option is designed for customers who want the immediate benefits these solutions provide but who prefer to defer the total capital investment required for purchase," said Scott Brown, Mutare Software Director of Sales. "It also targets those considering a voice message platform change within the next 12 to 24 months but want unified messaging and real-time voice messaging backup protection added to their current system now."
The program provides a no-obligation, month-to-month rental of the application and the ability to apply 50% of the rental cost towards the purchase of the application should the customer wish to convert to a purchase downstream. "With the economy on shifting sands, many customers are re-thinking capital expenditures but need to give relief to workers who are out of steam," said Rich Quattrocchi, Director of Marketing for Mutare. "For just a dollar per month per employee, Mutare's EVM saves up to four hours, providing an instant ROI. We have a number of customers who are combining EVM Plus with our giSTT speech to text and giving the service to their employees as a well-deserved productivity-increasing perk."
The rental program is simple; pay a small set-up fee and then rent the applications for 50 cents per user per month (Mirror, Rescue) or $1 per user per month (EVM Plus). All rental fees include software support. Payments are simple - quarterly, in advance. Customers choosing to purchase the applications at a later date would be credited for 1/2 of the accumulated rental costs.
