Mutare giSTT Speech to Text “Snap In” for Breeze™ Now Available on Avaya Snappstore

Mutare announced the launch of its giSTT speech to text connector for Avaya Breeze on the Avaya Snappstore. The free, easy to use snap-in enables developers on the Breeze platform to bring speech-to-text capabilities to their business applications.

With nearly a decade of experience in enterprise speech to text solutions development, Mutare’s giSTT application is well-proven for its speed, accuracy and ease of implementation.

Now readily accessible to developers through the giSTT API, Mutare’s speech to text engine is behind an ever-broadening array of business applications, from voice file conversion for e-discovery, conference call transcription, contact center recording transcriptions and analytics to on-the-fly field notes transcription and filing.

The Breeze connector enables access to the Mutare API in the cloud for simple, seamless speech to text transcription services in multiple languages.
