Job Description

As Marketing Manager, you will join a growing marketing team who is taking Mutare to the next level. You’ll be responsible for the creation and execution of content, having a direct impact on the awareness, direction and growth of the company. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will collaborate with internal sales leaders, external partners, and internal marketing resources on various projects using your exceptional project management skills.

Essential Functions

  • Collaborate with the VP of Marketing, marketing team and sales leaders in the planning of various marketing initiatives
  • Take the lead to organize and drive marketing initiatives through the creative process
  • Create compelling content to drive traffic, engage and convert customers while building brand recognition
  • Create compelling content including blog posts, email campaigns, website copy, white papers, eBooks, case studies, webinars, videos, presentations, speeches, and other collateral
  • Write and edit messaging to ensure consistent branding and voice
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive demand and generate leads for sales teams
  • Research current industry trends to drive thought leadership ideas that fuel content, press coverage, awareness, and overall brand reputation
  • Provide accurate and timely project reporting on all assigned marketing activities

Required Education and Experience

  • 3-5+ years of marketing experience in telecommunications or technology-related field
  • Experience with demand generation in a B2B sales environment
  • Experience in creating marketing collateral, developing marketing communications, and executing marketing campaigns
  • Creative design experience with proficiency using InDesign, Adobe Photoshop or other creative design software programs
  • Self-starter with proven ability to work independently in a dynamic, often ambiguous fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, SurveyMonkey and other marketing tools a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field preferred.​​​​​
