Notable Updates

Voice Message Retrieval from External Voice Systems

Mutare Voice can now be configured to process and deliver voice messages retrieved from other voice systems. This release includes integration with Avaya Aura Messaging (AAM). Messages will be synced between AAM and Mutare Voice for message processing and notification delivery. Voice Systems included in the implementation will be displayed from a new Voice Systems link in the Administration menu.

Redesigned User Profile Page with Tabs

The User Profile Page interface has been redesigned to accommodate implementations with multiple voice systems and provides a more streamlined user experience. A tabular menu across the top of the user profile page now accommodates access to user Phone Number, Notification and User Account settings pages along with the following new features:

See All Messages

The Messages Tab opens a page displaying a full chronological listing of the user’s messages that can be filtered by All, Active, Unread, Blocked and Deleted. The messages in the list will be displayed with voice message transcription if available, as well as indicators if the call is a hang-up, the caller has been blocked, or for messages that have been deleted. Messages can be searched by caller ID, caller ID name, or keywords in the transcription. Users can mark all messages as Read or Delete all messages from this page.

Click on any Active message for a summary display of message details and controls, including full transcription and streaming link to listen to the message.

User Dashboard View

The new Dashboard tab opens a page with links to most-used services including Check your Messages (opens the Message List page); Manage your Notifications (opens the Notifications page for viewing/editing/adding preferred notification methods); and, if using Mutare Voice, a link to the user’s Mutare Voice Phone Numbers settings page.

Enhanced Admin Dashboard

The Admin Dashboard now provides system up/down status information for all included voice systems as well as last connection/message retrieved and a more refined display of message statistics.

Simplified User Profile Card

The user profile card now includes two indicators for Read and Unread messages that, when clicked, take the user to their respective messages lists. It also displays former “quick links” for recording a personal announcement and Out of Office setting as clickable icons that open their respective pages.

Other Updates

Admin Email Notification of Errors

  • Admins can subscribe to receive email notifications of certain service-impacting issues from the Admin Tenant settings.

Expanded Admin Activity Report

  • The Admin Activity Report now shows messages from all included voice systems.
