Notable Updates
Addition of Auto Attendant Managers
Administrators/Auto Attendant Admins can grant designated users permission to access and manage assigned Auto Attendants. These Auto Attendant Managers have full editing capabilities with the exception of changing the Auto Attendant phone number. The system provides Auto Attendant Managers with a link on their user portal page that provides them access to their assigned Auto Attendant interface(s) as well a daily summary report of Auto Attendant activity.

Addition of Auto Attendant Recording Options
In addition to pre-recorded file uploads, two new options have been added to record Auto Attendant initial greetings and information pieces:
- Voice Record – Admins can use their own voice to record directly from the browser through their microphone;
- Text-to-Speech – Admins type their script in the text-to speech field and click Convert to create a .wav audio file.
The system provides an audio player for playback and review of uploaded, recorded, or text-to-speech files before saving, as well as a download option to save the file for future use.

Digital MWI Telephone Device Management
Admins can now access a page for adding and configuring Message Waiting Indicator (MWI) gateway settings and digital device enablement from the Administration menu. The page includes a tool for bulk upload of digital device numbers associated with specific gateways. Admins can also add devices for individual users from their Mutare Voice Phone Numbers page. Two new reports for viewing all SIP and digital devices as well as all numbers without MWI devices have been added to the Administrator reports menu.

Other Updates
Spam Filter Spoof Alert Emails
- The system will send alert emails to assigned administrators when a spoof call storm is detected, both at the start of the event and when it ends.
Spam Filter Activity Emails
- Admins may opt to receive daily spam filter performance emails as well as an email summary of spam calls from the previous day.
Phone Message Retrieval Security
- Admins can now enable PINs and configure security parameters around them as an additional requirement for Users calling in to listen to voice messages.
