Notable Updates
Call Filtering by Called Number
The Add Rule controls have been reconfigured to accommodate additional filtering by Called Number. From the Add Rule page, administrators can now create rules (Allow, Drop, Route, CAPTCHA/Drop, CAPTCHA/Route) not only for handling calls FROM specific numbers or partial number matches, but also for calls coming TO designated numbers/partial number matches.

Create Exact Match Rule from Call History
From the Call History page, administrators can quickly assign a rule to any call ID that is not already filtered through a rule (identified in the Reason column with a +Rule icon). Click on the icon to open and Add Rule page pre-populated with the From/To numbers. Add an Action (Allow, Drop, Route, CAPTCHA/Route, CAPTCHA/Drop) from the Action drop-down.

- Country Codes for phone numbers can be enabled/disabled through the drop-down picker.
Expanded Dashboard Views
- Dashboard can now toggle view for Active Analyze/Passive Analyze/Both
Help Center
- New Help link in header ribbon opens a page of additional help resources, customizable for the organization.
