Notable Updates

Redesigned Dashboard

This release of Voice Traffic Filter includes significant enhancements to the Dashboard visualization and functionality.

Interactive Click-Through Dashboard Elements

Release 4.0.0 streamlines access to full Call Activity details behind the data displayed on the Dashboard with all-new Click-Through functionality. Users no longer need to toggle between the Dashboard and the Call Activity (formerly Call History) page. Simply click on any element in the bar graph, donut graphs, or wanted/unwanted/most attacked numbers listings to open the corresponding Call Activity Report displaying only the call records reflected in the selected element.

Enhanced Date Picker Tool

With the new Date Picker calendar tool, administrators can quickly narrow Dashboard and Call Activity data displays to specific days and/or date/time ranges.

Call Activity Time Range Filter Enhancement

Call Activity page Calendar Picker includes expanded, one-click filtering options for time range selection.

Filter-Enriched Call Activity Report

The Call Activity (formerly Call History) Report now includes numerous new filtering options around specific call Type, VTF Actions and/or Result.

Expanded Call Details in Call Activity Report

Release 4.0.0 provides detailed information related to call filtering and handling of individual calls in the expanded Call Details window. Calls with a match to a Custom Rule include a link to open the Rule for review / editing in the details window. Calls with matches to other filter layers include a link to instantly create a Rule for that call or call type if desired.

Other Updates

Simulation Tool

  • If the selected date range for Dashboard display includes calls while the system was turned off, a notice appears with a link providing a simulated display of results as they would appear if all calls had been actively filtered.

Helper Link to Legacy Dashboard/Call Activity Pages

  • If preferred, users of the new 4.0.0 release can revert to the legacy Dashboard and Call Activity report interfaces through a link at the top of those pages.

Large Report Offload to Email

  • If the Call Activity report data exceeds online download capabilities, the requesting administrator will receive an email with a link to access the full report.

New Setting for Report Retention

  • Sets length of time system retains offline reports.

API Updates

  • Supports basic authentication in addition to existing body-based authentication.

User Experience Enhancements

  • Release 4.0.0 includes numerous visual, navigational, and text improvements that support a more seamless user experience.

Performance Enhancements

  • Release 4.0.0 includes numerous performance enhancements, including Dashboard and Call Activity report data updated every minute.
