Phone Number Redress Request

Overview

Redress is a process allowing legitimate organizations whose numbers have been erroneously blocked or labeled as spam to request removal of those blocks and restore reputation in carrier and analytics engines. Mutare’s Proprietary Dynamic Database is an analytic database engine integrated into voice traffic filtering applications that determines a calling party’s phone number reputation from call meta data. The database is used to inform enterprise call filtering policies and enable those enterprises to drop, re-route, or pass calls. If you are visiting this page to resolve a qualified redress request, please fill out the form. By providing detailed context and documentation, you help ensure faster investigation and remediation of your phone numbers.

Who Can Request Redress?

  • Legitimate Organizations: Businesses, nonprofits, government agencies, and other entities whose calling patterns comply with applicable regulations.
  • Valid Phone Numbers: Only numbers you own or are authorized to manage, including toll-free, local DID, and call-center blocks.
  • Accurate Documentation: Complete contact and call context information is required to qualify as a “Completing Blocking and Labeling Request” under FCC rules.
