The Story
As a longtime user of the Mutare Voice Call Completion application, this customer has come to trust Mutare solutions and support. So when they learned that they could further optimize and protect their voice network through the implementation of a voice firewall, they looked to Mutare to learn how the Mutare Voice Traffic Filter might be able to reduce the negative impacts of spam, scam and robocalls on their operations. Mutare conducted a Voice Traffic Analysis which revealed the depth of their unwanted call problem. Those results prompted a Proof of Concept trial of the application’s admin controls and full voice threat detection capabilities, which further affirmed their decision to move forward with purchase and on-premise implementation. The wisdom of choosing Mutare was further validated recently when this customer chose to move its contact center operations to the Nice CXOne cloud platform. Their initial concerns that they would lose the call filtering benefits of their Mutare solution in the process were alleviated when they learned that Mutare also supports VTF cloud deployment for the Nice CXOne platform through simple API integration. This customer moved forward with the VTF for Nice CXOne, assuring that the entire organization, both enterprise and contact center, now continues to benefit from VTF’s unsurpassed protection and relief from unwanted nuisance and nefarious voice calls.
