Notable Updates

Secure Image Sharing in Engage Conversations

After an Engage conversation is switched to Secure Mode, contacts can continue to share protected information with agents safely on their mobile browser through the Engage secure mobile webpage. With release 4.7, contacts can now include images within those conversations.

New Agent Activity Report

A new report detailing activity by agent has been added to the Reports page, which also includes reports on inbound/outbound message activity, contact opt-outs, agent phone number assignments, and agent mobile device information. The Agent Activity Report can be sorted by Date Range and Community, and it is available to both Community Managers and Administrators.

New Mobile Devices Report

This report provides details about agent mobile devices that are using the Engage mobile client, including device type/model, OS level, current version of Engage client, and date of last update. The report can be sorted by Active/Inactive or All and viewed in table or card format.

Outreach Report Enhancements

  • The date range filtering for the Outreach activity report has been further refined to include filtering by hour. This release also corrects a conflict between Reach report activity and other Reach application processes.

Engage Phone Number Management

  • Mutare administrators can now activate/archive Engage numbers for more streamlined management.
