Notable Updates

New Filtering Activity Dashboard

The Mutare Voice Spam Filter now provides administrators with a graphical, data-rich overview of their system’s filtering activity through a specified date range and simple toggling between day, week, month and year. Data includes a graph displaying daily/hourly tallies of calls broken down to Unwanted and Wanted calls; the number and percentage of unwanted calls handled by specific Rules; the number and percentage of calls that were routed for CAPTCHA screening with the Pass/Failure results for those calls; and a listing in descending order of the top unwanted/wanted phones numbers passing into the spam filter system.

Productivity Boost Calculator

The Voice Spam Filter Control Panel now includes a responsive calculator for estimating the amount of time/money an organization is saving through reduced spam call interruptions. These figures are calculated against each organization’s estimated lost time per unwanted call and average annual employee salary provided in the fields at the bottom of the Control Panel. The result, which adjusts with the date range selected, is displayed at the bottom of the Dashboard view.

Expanded Call History Report Data

The Call History Report, which displays caller data from a select date range and is filterable by actions taken against the calls (Allow, Drop, Route or CAPTCHA screening), now includes a new CNAM (Caller Name) column, providing additional data for analysis of call types and sources. The report can be downloaded as a csv file for more refined filtering by column.
