DATA REQUIREMENTS
File Requirements
- Customer provided CDR file
- CDR file format: .csv or .xlsx
- Date Range Duration: 30 Days (minimum requirement)
- CDR should only include Incoming Traffic
Required Fields (Include Header Records)
- Call Date
- Call Time
- Call Duration
- Caller ID
- Called ID Name
- Called Party ID
