DATA REQUIREMENTS

File Requirements

  • Customer provided CDR file
  • CDR file format:  .csv or .xlsx
  • Date Range Duration: 12 months (recommended)
  • CDR should only include Incoming Traffic

Required Fields (Include Header Records)

  • Call Date
  • Call Time
  • Call Duration
  • Caller ID
  • Called ID Name
  • Called Party ID

Depending on the size of your files, we have different paths for your to submit your data.

Your File Size is LESS Than 100MB, Each
